Account Setup
Hosting account will be setup upon receipt of cash, credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or company check payment.
Content Policy
All web hosting services provided by IRD Hosting may be used for legal purposes only. This restriction includes copyrighted material and material that is threatening or obscene.
Spam Policy
Zero tolerance will be taken against any account holder sending unsolicited spam email and bulk emailing, accounts will be terminated without notice. IRD Hosting reserves the right to disable any hosting service or demand modifications to any account that does not comply with our hosting policy. IRD Hosting also reserves the right to make any web site modifications in the case of an emergency. IRD Hosting reserves the right to bill the owner of the account that sent any unsolicited spam e-mail a clean up charge. The charge of the spam clean up is left entirely to the discretion of IRDHosting.com . All rights reserved.
Payment Policy
You agree to give us appropriate payment for hosting services prior to hosting being setup. You agree that unless and until you notify IRDHosting.com for cancellation of services received, those services will be charged on a recurring basis, either monthly or yearly. IRD Hosting reserves the right to modify any prices at any time, including the monthly or yearly hosting prices.
Data Loss and Backups
The use of hosting service is at your own risk. We are not responsible for data or files on your account. You agree to take complete responsibility for data information transferred and to maintain responsible backup of all data information stored on our servers.
Service Cancellation
IRD Hosting may reserve the right to terminate your hosting account if needed.
Usage of Bandwidth Policy
You are assigned a monthly bandwidth amount. This amount varies depending on the hosting package you buy. If your account should pass the assigned amount, IRD Hosting reserves the right to suspend account until the beginning of the next allocation, until more bandwidth is bought, until you upgrade to a higher package, terminate account or charge you an additional charge for the overages. Unused bandwith transfer in one month may not be carried over to next month.
Money Return Policy
IRD Hosting reserves the right to refund charges on a pro-rated difference or no refund at all.
Price Modifications
IRD Hosting may reserve the right to modify prices listed on our site.
Terms of Service Modifications
Without notice, IRD Hosting may reserve the right to make amendments, changes or revise this policy at any time.
